Hi!

This is my first post here. (well, you probably noticed.) I'm sado (if you are really interested in my real name, I guess you may find it somewhere), usually I'm under sado1 nickname. Why? "sado" seems to be somewhat popular name and it's difficult to be the first one to register it as your email, forum account or IRC nickname... so, my great idea was to add "1" after my nick. And it seems to be a good solution as yet. To add a bit of personal info, I'm Polish.

What this blog, that no one will read anyway, will be about? Various stuff. OK. Not really. It'll be 90% about technology, because I have no real life :) 10% are left in case I feel like writing about music (my headphones are with me all the time) and I feel like someone here might care. Otherwise, it'll be about operating systems, computers, open source software, smartphones (I'm big Linux and Android geek) and stuff like that.

What motivated me to begin? Well, precisely, it was my sound card, and its difficult relationship with Linux. It wasn't the first time I was trying to solve a problem and spent hours looking for an answer. And when I found it, I felt like, "I wish I wrote somewhere how to do this stuff, because I know how much time I've just lost... why next guy should look for the same answers to the same question?" And this time, I decided that a blog would be a good place for these answers. So, you probably know what my next blog entry will be about. See you soon, then.
